Julia MossJulia initially studied under Michael King to gain her first mat class qualification. She then went on to study with Polestar Pilates, qualifying as both a mat-work and studio equipment practitioner. In 2006 she co-founded Chiswell Studios in the City of London with renowned Polestar educator Liz Bussey, before acquiring the UK licence for Polestar Education in 2009. “Having been a keen runner for the past 20 years, Pilates is the only thing that's let me maintain my daily 12k routine after countless other therapies and treatments failed. I now take great pleasure in helping other people use Pilates to make their lives better in ways they couldn't have thought possible,” Julia said, just before sprinting off down the towpath of the Regents Canal. |

Carl MossHaving acquired the Polestar UK Licence together with Julia, Carl couldn't be happier or prouder to open Moss Pilates in its stunning Spitalfields location as the new home of Polestar in the UK. As Carl is bringing 30 years experience as an independent technology and management consultant to Moss Pilates, you'll find it nigh on impossible to come across a more professionally run, consumer-friendly Pilates studio anywhere else. As the man himself says, “Although we're about as approachable as it gets here, we also realise that your health and well-being are more important than anything else in the world. That's why we pride ourselves on being as reliable, trustworthy and highly qualified as it's possible to be.“ |
