Pilates Studio Circuit Classes

Our Pilates studio circuit classes offer a great evolution from group reformer classes. With a maximum of eight people at any time, these classes are led by one of our highly-qualified Polestar practitioners, with one or two Polestar student assistants on hand to offer friendly guidance, support and encouragement.

The group studio circuit class is a challenging but fun workout with exercises on ALL of the Pilates apparatus including: reformer, cadillac, chair, barrel as well as the foam roller and other small props.  This class is suitable for all levels providing you already have a knowledge of working out in an equipment-based studio or have attended at least five reformer classes. 

A single studio circuit class pass is £28.00, or £24.00 if you buy five (valid 32 months) or best value of all, only £20.00 a class if you buy ten (valid 4 months).  Expiring class passes can be extended by 3 months for £5.00 each.
