From Aldgate East station, take the Commercial Street (north side) exit. Walk up Commercial Street, then turn left immediately past Barclays Bank into Brushfield Street. The London Fruit Exchange main entrance is a few steps along on the left hand side, opposite Spitalfields Market.

From Liverpool Street station, take the eastern exit and head north on Bishopsgate, turning right into Brushfield Street. The London Fruit Exchange is 200 yards along on the right hand side, opposite Spitalfields Market.

Once in the building, take the staircase to the first floor and then turn left and then right, following the signs to room 10. You may be asked to sign-in at the ground-floor reception desk - regular visitors will be issued Moss Pilates passes.
