The Studio

We've never been keen on boasting, but our brand new studio is one thing we can't help but get a little over-excited by.

You'll find us in the beautiful London Fruit Exchange building in the heart of historic Spitalfields – a stone's throw from the City. We think this is just about the most central-but-still-idyllic spot out there. (Click here for full contact details)

It's what's inside that really counts though and, as we hope you'll discover for yourself, there is simply no better place for you to explore what Pilates has to offer.

There's two separate spaces, each as lovely as the other, but both having different functions.

The first space is what we call the Pilates Gym. It has a full range of the very latest Pilates machines and equipment, and there'll never be more than four people using it at a time. It's also used for one-to-one instruction, and is where the Polestar training courses take place (which is why you can be sure it will always have the most up-to-date equipment).

The second space is where the group classes happen and is equipped with Allegro™ reformers from Balanced Body. Don't worry if that doesn't mean anything to you – it will all become clear during your first session. We believe small classes are better, which is why there's never more than SEVEN participants. There's dedicated male and female changing rooms and we even provide baskets for your valuables that can be safely stowed in the custom-built storage walls in each space.
