As was stated in the start of this section, the best thing about Pilates is that it makes both your body and mind feel and work better than ever before. And because – last time we checked – all of you have to use both these things pretty regularly, the benefits of Pilates are literally endless.

However, some specific benefits are especially striking. If you work primarily at a desk or in front of a computer, for example, you'll find that your posture improves, that you don't feel uncomfortable towards the end of the day, that you can focus on tasks more easily and that your stress and tension levels will be far lower than before.
